Insurance Information

To see if we work with your insurance carrier or vision care plan, please call our office for assistance. Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

We participate directly with Eyemed, Vision Service Plan (VSP), Vision Benefits of America (VBA), Humana Vision, and Vision Care Direct.

We do not participate with National Vision Administrators (NVA), Davis Vision, Spectera or Avesis. If you have National Vision Administrators (NVA), Davis Vision, Spectera, or Avesis, we will help you with paperwork to receive out-of-network reimbursement.

During your first visit, we’ll review your medical history, perform a thorough eye exam, and discuss any vision or eye health concerns. If needed, we’ll also take measurements for prescription glasses or contacts.

To ensure an accurate exam, bring any current eyewear, your health insurance details, and a list of medications you’re currently taking. It’s also helpful to know if you have any vision problems or concerns.
